The Stanford University Board of Trustees has elected Hispanic-Net 2006 Corporate Executive of the Year and Hispanic-Net advisory board member Miriam Rivera as their latest member to the board.
Last week, Rivera received the 2008 Jerry I. Porras Latino Leadership Award from the Hispanic Business Students Association of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

On the heels of MACSA's 100 Most Influential Latinos list, the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the San Francisco Business Times and Wells Fargo Bank are putting a call for nominations for the most influential Hispanics in the Bay Area.
