Mr Madrigal is an Environmental Science, Construction, and (Sustainable) MBA Graduate. His experience entails more than two decades of experience leading disruptive technology projects that drive systemic innovation; spanning from EDI thru web-commerce and culminating in green-building and virtual construction.
Sustainability was his first major and career decades ago, addressing the exponential global food supply crisis. The current crisis, destabilization of global climate, made re-entering the green tech field the next logical progression for his career.
He has earned a LEED AP Credential (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accreditation) from the U.S. Green Building Council. He has also lectured and developed curriculum materials for LEED AP Preparation Seminars.
Mr Madrigal traditional, green building or pre-construction experience includes .75 million-sf of LEED Certified space and such Bay Area landmarks as eBay Building 17, Foundry Square 3, Millennium Tower, One Hawthorne, Palace Hotel, St Regis Museum Tower, Stanford Roble Hall, and The Infinity.
Victor's current career interests focus on managing projects in ways that contribute to the sustainability
of the environment and to the fabric of society.
