Steve Montoya Steve has over 25 years of experience in high technology engineering, operations, and marketing roles with start-up organizations. His expertise spans product specification, development, execution and delivery of integrated communication platforms for telecommunications, data communications, and security systems. He was on the founding engineering team of StrataCom, acquired by Cisco Systems for over $4B. He later co-founded Nayna Network serving as the Vice-President of Engineering and Operations. Steve is currently evaluating opportunities in the cleantech space focusing on renewables, alternative energy and energy efficiency. He also serves as the program manager of the VC Taskforce Emerging Technology Forum. Steve earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the UC- Davis; M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UC-Berkeley; and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School.
